These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wefluens Connect, the campaign-brief intake form operated by Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us”). By accessing Connect or submitting a brief — including by ticking the consent box — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Connect. Connect lets brands and their representatives submit a campaign brief so that Wefluens can assess fit and propose a influencer shortlist. Submitting a brief is a request only — it does not create any obligation on Wefluens to provide services, and no contract for services is formed until separately agreed in writing.Connect 供品牌方及其代表提交活动需求单，以便 Wefluens 评估匹配度并提出达人候选名单。提交需求单仅为请求——并不使 Wefluens 负有提供服务的任何义务，在另行书面约定前不构成服务合同。
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business. By submitting a brief you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and to engage Wefluens on behalf of the brand named in it.你须年满 18 周岁并代表某一企业行事。提交需求单即表示你有权提供其中信息，并代表其中所列品牌与 Wefluens 接洽。
You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; impersonate another person or brand; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the form’s security (including the bot-protection layer); scrape or overload the service; or use Connect for any purpose other than a genuine campaign inquiry.你同意不得：提交虚假、误导或违法信息；冒充他人或他品牌；上传恶意程序或试图干扰、探测或绕过表单的安全机制（包括机器人防护层）；抓取或使服务过载；或将 Connect 用于真实活动咨询以外的任何目的。
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Wefluens a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process it for the purpose of evaluating and pursuing the engagement and operating the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Connect, including its design, text, and underlying software, and the Wefluens name and logo, are owned by Wefluens or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to copy, modify, or distribute the service except as needed to use it normally.Connect（包括其设计、文本与底层软件）以及 Wefluens 名称与标识，归 Wefluens 或其许可方所有，受知识产权法保护。除正常使用所需外，本条款不授予你复制、修改或分发本服务的任何权利。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefluens and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Connect. We may suspend or restrict access to Connect at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected misuse. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
